Evaluation
The thing I liked most about this assignment was the fact that we were doing it for younger children. I liked when I had to put the audio in, that was my favourite part. The bit that was most difficult, was the background on each of the pages. This was because I had to get it tall the same size and in the exact same place as all of the other pages. If I were to change something for next time, I would spend more time on the front cover of the book. I don't really like the colour of it, as well as the placing of the pictures. Overall, I really like the assignment.

What to do...
All I have to do now is the voice over for each of the pages. This will add more of an effect on each page for younger children as the read the words along with my voice.
The iBook
For all of these pages, thet are all pretty much the same as the last page I published. They all have the same font, colours, lay out and the all have a bit of my movie.
The next page.
For this page, I did the same thing to the text and the background of the page. I inserted a bit of the movie into the book as well. I made the text big so its easy to read for little kids.
The start of Chapter 1
For the font of the text on this page, I had to download it from the internet. It helped me give a more 'childish' effect to the pages. I also used a picture of the characters as the background on each of the pages.

Describe, Analyse, Interpretation, Judgment
Miwa Matreyek created the animation called ‘Glorious Visions’ in the year 2010. In the animation, trees, cities, cakes and lots more unrealistic things are shown throughout the animation. I see lots of blues, greens and white and I describe them as earthy colours or cold colours. The textures in this animation is rough, for example in the forest scene and the city scene. The lines are straight and rough. All throughout the film, different times of the day are seen, and different backgrounds, for example in the forest scene, its night time.
Heaps of colours have been used throughout the animation. They have been used to create a sense of emotion. Lots of moods have been created throughout the animation. They change with the colours and shapes. The texture also helps set the mood. The texture is sometimes used as an illusion; for example, in the city scene. All of these things have had a huge impact and effect on the overall outcome of the mood.
This amazing animation has lots of value. Not just because it took a long time to create, but because of the quality and techniques used throughout it. A meaning that I found carried through the artwork, is that anything can happen. I thought this because of all of the unrealistic events that occur. One main example that I particularly liked, was when the lady cracks the egg into the pan and out comes an apple. The subject matter is nothing but valuable and memorable. This is because of all the hard work that has gone into it. Some people may be very confused and this may stop them from watching it, but its when you watch again when everything makes sense.

Evaluation!!!!
Over the past two terms I have been working effectively on my assignment. When I first found out what we had to do for the assignment, I was really excited and couldn’t wait to get working on it. When I first started, I began to realize that it was much harder than it looked. I came up with my story boards really quickly as I began thinking about what I was going to for the assignment when we got the task. When I finished my story boards, I put them straight onto my blog. Through out the two terms, some things such as the moving truck on animationish, was quite difficult. I had trouble with this tool when I wanted to use more than one in the same scene. To overcome this problem, I asked Mr Powel and he help me the first time, and I could easily do it for the other times when I needed it. Another thing I found difficult was getting all of the drawings lined up with the istopmotion. It took a lot of time and I had to do and redo a lot of it. This was probably the most time consuming part of the assignment as I had to put every frame of the istopmotion into animationish frame by frame. The things I think went really well, was putting the sound onto the video. This was a quick job as I finished it in two lessons. All I had to do was find the sounds I wanted to use on garage band, and insert them on the video at the point I wanted the sound to play. Overall, I have really enjoyed this assignment. If I had time to do it again, I might change my idea as I could probably make the idea my interesting and longer.

How I'm Going!
Ok, so I'm up to scene 10 and doing pretty well. I'm pretty sure I have my blog up to date (I think). Anyway...when Mr Powell said the other day to manage your itme properly. I stopped what I was doing and went back to fix up my earlier scenes. This really helped me get back on track because now I dont have to worry about fixing them up later. All I have to do now is make my scene perfect so I dont have to go back and fix them up later. Thats all for now.

PrOgReSs So FaR!!!
So far in this assignment I am up to scene 5. Im starting to have second thoughts on my story idea because it is a bit boring. This lesson, I was considering changing but then I thought it would be a waste of lessons because it would be too long to do another storyboard and start again.
